Pricing and lead time policy

List prices

Prices shown are list prices in pounds sterling, excluding VAT and delivery. Pricing for account customers may vary with quantity, lead time, contract terms and supplier availability. The price confirmed on your order or quotation is the price that applies. VAT is charged at the applicable UK rate and shown separately in the cart, at checkout and on your invoice.

Account pricing

Business account holders see their own pricing when signed in. Contract rates, quantity breaks and category discounts are applied automatically in the cart and on quotations.

Minimum quantities and packaging

Lines are sold in the pack, box or case shown on the product page and priced in pounds sterling. Where a manufacturer sets a minimum order quantity it is stated on the product page and applied in the cart.

Lead times

Pantaq supplies most lines through approved national stockists and the manufacturer rather than from its own shelf. Lead times are confirmed on the order or quotation and may change the price.

Quotations

Quotations state their validity date. Accepting a quotation online signs it and converts it to an order on your payment terms. Orders paid by card online are honoured at the displayed price.

Delivery and returns

Delivery charge and delivery date are shown at checkout from the carrier rate for your address. Unopened cases may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging; sterile items are not returnable once the seal is broken.
