Who we are

Pantaq Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are a wholesale supplier of medical consumables and healthcare products to professional buyers. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07246005. Our registered office is Unit 17 Lea Hall Enterprise Park, Wheelhouse Road, Rugeley, Staffordshire, WS15 1LH. What we collect

• Account applications and business accounts: your name, role, work email and phone, the organisation's legal name, registration numbers (Companies House, VAT, professional registrations such as CQC or GPhC), addresses, delivery sites, expected spend, buyers added to the account and the documents you upload.
• Orders, quotations and invoices: what you order, delivery and billing addresses, purchase-order references, payment status and the correspondence about them. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and never reach our servers.
• Enquiries: the details you give on the quote request, contact and help-desk forms, and the files you attach.
• Website use: the pages you visit, searches you run, your saved list and cart, and technical data such as IP address and browser type. See the cookie policy for the cookies we use.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

• To supply you: opening and running your account, pricing quotations, taking payment, delivering orders, handling returns and recalls, and supporting you. Basis: performance of a contract, or steps you ask us to take before one.
• To meet legal duties: keeping accounting and VAT records, confirming that restricted lines go only to registered organisations, and product traceability for medical devices. Basis: legal obligation.
• To run our business: credit checks before offering payment terms, preventing fraud, securing the website, analysing how the store is used and improving it. Basis: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
• To keep you informed: service messages about your orders and account always; product news and offers only where you have opted in or where we may contact you as a business customer, with an unsubscribe link in every message. Basis: consent or legitimate interests, as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Couriers and carriers who deliver your orders; payment providers who process card payments; approved stockists and manufacturers where an order is fulfilled directly from them; credit reference agencies when you request payment terms; our hosting and software providers, who process data on our instructions; and professional advisers, regulators or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is held

Our systems are hosted in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the UK we rely on adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, and you may ask us for a copy of the safeguards.

How long we keep it

Account and order records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax and accounting. Traceability records for medical devices for as long as the applicable regulations require. Enquiries that do not lead to an account for two years. Website analytics in aggregated form only.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive the data you gave us in a portable form. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@pantaq.co.uk and we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
